    Day 1WolfvilleWolfville, Nova Scotia - Tour Begins: Get ready to embark on a journey of discovery through the breathtaking southeastern coast of Canada. This charming, seemingly untouched region called "the Maritimes" has enchanted countless travelers with its iconic lighthouses, incredible shorelines and towering cliffs.
    Day 2WolfvilleWolfville: Begin your journey in a savory way when you visit Foxhill Cheese. Learn about this sixth generation family farm and the fascinating production of cheese before indulging in the opportunity to sample popular cheeses such as cheddar, gouda and quark! Then enjoy a visit to Grand Pre National Park - a commemorative center that displays a traditional 17th century Acadian settlement. This historic park resides on tidal marshland and abounds with beauty. Next, you're off to the oldest winery in Nova Scotia for a guided tour. You'll learn about the family who operates the winery and produces its award-winning wines which are renowned throughout Atlantic Canada. During your visit, you will sample L'Acadie Blanc, a wine produced from a rare grape found only in Nova Scotia, and Ice Wine, the fine dessert wine. Your journey next brings you to the village of Halls Harbour. Here, you'll enjoy a breathtaking drive along the Fundy Tide which leads to one of the largest lobster pounds in Nova Scotia. A tour of the facility teaches you about lobsters and the interesting lobster industry. After learning about this delicious shellfish, sit back and enjoy a traditional lobster dinner with lobsters that were boiled in water straight from the Bay of Fundy!
    Day 3Prince Edward IslandWolfville - Prince Edward Island: Today you'll discover why Nova Scotia's maple syrup is known as the sweetest available in the market today! Embark this morning for Sugar Moon Farm. Learn about the local family that runs the farm and discover the unique methods they use to produce maple syrup without oil, propane or trucks. Their old-fashioned use of horses and burning wood helps to make their maple syrup the sweetest in the region. Sit back and relax in the family's log cabin and sample their delectable product with a light lunch made from maple. Later, enjoy a short ferry ride to the majestic "island cradled in the waves," Prince Edward Island.
    Day 4Prince Edward IslandPrince Edward Island: Immerse yourself in the imagination and adventure that exists on the gorgeous island that inspired the tales of a loveable, fictional red-head named Anne Shirley. Your day begins with a visit to the Anne of Green Gables Museum, located inside the house where Lucy Maud Montgomery spent time and based her acclaimed book, "Anne of Green Gables." During your visit you'll have the opportunity to learn first hand about the life of a local potato farmer and the modern day potato industry when you assist the owner with his crop. Next, enjoy a visit to Prince Edward Island Preserves where you will encounter some of the local berries that are the "secret" ingredients in the popular jams and spreads Prince Edward Island is known for. Then it's off to the picturesque beaches of Cavendish National Park where you'll visit a wharf in Rustico that is famous for its fishing boats and lobster traps. Later tonight, board a local boat for captivating views of Prince Edward Island and the chance to learn about mussels, a famous local dish.
    Day 5Saint JohnPrince Edward Island - Saint John, New Brunswick: Today, behold the vast open water that stretches endlessly before you as you cross the Confederation Bridge. The end of this bridge - the longest bridge over ice-covered waters in the world - marks your arrival in New Brunswick. Here you will enjoy a visit to Shediac, where you will climb aboard a local fisherman's boat to explore the peaceful bay and feast on a traditional clam boil. Discover more about the fishing industry as you witness a specialist shuck oysters for you to sample. Later, visit the Ferme Bourgeois Farm and learn about the apples this region is known for. You will discover the unique method of harvesting and the many different products the farm produces each year, including apple cider and apple wine. Afterwards, a stop at the famed Hopewell Rocks is sure to astound you. These amazing flowerpot-shaped rocks stand four stories high and were carved long ago by the Fundy tides. Enjoy an interesting tour of the rocks and learn more about how they were created as you walk along the ocean floor*. Then, depart for the city of Saint John, your home for the next three nights.
    Day 6Saint JohnSaint John: Travel the Fundy Trail marveling at the spectacular views of the famous Fundy tides. The view of these tides from New Brunswick is dramatically different than the view from Nova Scotia. Here you will have the opportunity to tease your taste buds with the famous Fundy seaweed which can only be experienced in New Brunswick. Visit Hearst Lodge, a fishing lodge known for its salmon, where you'll savor a delicious salmon lunch as you absorb the incredible views that surround you. Then, stop at the caves, where you can sit back and enjoy the views of the Fundy tide from the local perspective. The rest of your day is at leisure to independently explore the charming city of Saint John.
    Day 7Saint JohnSaint John: Your day begins with a visit to Oven Head Salmon Smokers where you'll discover the process of smoking salmon and have the opportunity to sample salmon pate and smoked salmon. Following this delicious experience, you'll visit the Atlantic Salmon Interpretative Centre to learn about salmon and have the chance to view them up close! During your visit here you will have the opportunity to learn how to tie one of the flies fishermen use to catch local salmon...and learn the correct way to use one! Later, arrive in St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. Some leisure time gives you the opportunity to soak up this seaside town's unique atmosphere and visit its cafes and quaint shops. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth at Canada's Chocolate Town - St. Stephen - where you'll visit the Chocolate Museum. Learn about the Ganong family and the fascinating origins of their company, the first to offer the heart-shaped boxes that are so popular around the globe on Valentines Day.
    Day 8LunenburgSaint John - Lunenburg, Nova Scotia: Board a ferry this morning that whisks you away to the town of Digby, Nova Scotia. Upon arrival, partake in a cooking class with an award-winning chef and learn how to cook this region's famous Digby scallops. Later, enjoy a breathtaking drive through the lighthouse region of Nova Scotia. Then, arrive in Western Shore, an enchanting town where you will enjoy your harbor front accommodations. Perhaps you'll enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shore.
    Day 9LunenburgLunenburg: Start your morning with a visit to a clay studio where you'll learn about this fine art as well as the family who produces the studio's unique pieces. Later, enjoy a visit to Mahone Bay, a small, charming community and fishing village. Upon arrival, visit Spruce Hooked Rugs where you will meet the women who create these breathtaking pieces of art. Discover the fascinating history behind this art in Nova Scotia and learn about the distinct differences between the rugs in various regions of the province. Then, visit Amos Pewter, a studio that designs and handcrafts pewter gifts and keepsakes. Marvel at the lovely crafts, learning about the detail and work that goes into each piece they produce. Continue for a short time along the beautiful lighthouse route towards the community of Lunenburg. Enjoy leisure time to explore the harbor front before joining your fellow travelers for dinner on the harbor with absolutely breathtaking views.
