Your kids will have blast!
During a Carnival Fun Ship® Cruise, your kids will have tons of fun. Exploring their Fun Ship®,
enjoying all kinds of games, parties, talent shows, fun food events, arts, crafts, contests,
movies, and a whole lot more - all under the friendly and competent supervision of Camp
Carnival counselors. And they'll make lots of new friends.
You'll say Camp Carnival
is wonderful. Your kids
will call it awesome.
Camp Carnival pleases everyone. Because this popular, year-round children's program has
been designed to include a wide range of fun activities for every age group from 2 through
teens.
As soon as your children come aboard, they'll find a special welcome from the Camp Carnival
counselors in the program designed just for their age group.
Every Fun Ship® counselor is either college-educated in a related field, has professional
child-care experience, or both. So they're uniquely qualified and dedicated to making sure
your children are safe, happy and having the time of their lives.

This is a family vacation your kids will never forget. After all, they're doing all the things
they think are cool, like painting their faces, putting on talent shows and partying with all
their favorite fun foods. But they're also having the thrill of vacationing on a Fun Ship®
and visiting the kind of places they've only seen in movies. And since Camp Carnival is
planned for four different age groups, they get to experience all the fun-filled activities
with kids their own age. Many of the friendships formed on a Fun Ship® the
vacation is over.
The Most Fun a Family Can Have On Land or Sea
Younger teens will only be allowed in the onboard disco until 10:45pm. After 11:00pm , any
guests under the age of 18 must leave the disco. The Camp Carnival staff will coordinate
late night activities for guests 17-years-old and younger. Activities may include a late
night movie, Karaoke, "Swim Under the Stars", etc. Program activities and age groups are
subject to change .
Carnival would like to note that Camp Carnival is not a "daycare". The program is designed
so that families are able to enjoy quality family time together, and yet also have the
choice of being with peers of their own age, whenever desired.
Camp Carnival Counselors
Carnival knows that every parent wants the best for their children. That's why they've
hired only the best youth counselors to run their Camp Carnival program. Every Camp
Carnival counselor is either college-educated in a related field, or has professional
childcare experience, or both. Carnival also performs a thorough background check on each
and every one of their youth counselors. And every one of the youth staff is fully trained
in CPR and basic first aid. Camp Carnival counselors are qualified and dedicated to making
sure your children are safe, happy and having the time of their lives.

Carnival Cruise Lines Dress Code
Depending on the length of the cruise, either formal dress or casual resort wear is required in the Dining Room. The dress requirement for children is the same. For those not wanting to dress up, the Lido restaurants are open nightly (with the exception of the last evening of the cruise), and have a casual dress code. Formal Wear: tuxedo (optional); suit and tie; sport coat, tie and slacks; evening gown; cocktail dress; pantsuit Casual Resort Wear: sport shirts and slacks; dresses; skirts; pantsuit NOTE: Shorts, t-shirts and bathing attire are not permitted in the Dining Room during dinner.
Two formal nights are standard on seven-night cruises; one formal night is the norm on shorter sailings. Although men are encouraged to wear tuxedos, dark suits or sport coats and ties are more prevalent. All other evenings are casual, although jeans are discouraged in restaurants. All ships request that no shorts be worn in public areas after 6 pm, but that policy is often ignored.
|
